I have LUNGS CANCER & treatment is going on. I have now no money with me to continue my treatment.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME TO GET BACK TO LIFE,PLEASE.
I have six members in my family & I am the only one to earn livelihood for all of us.
I was working in a very small shop & was earning very little to afford my treatment along with other expenses.
AND now I am JOBLESS ( I was compelled to leave for THIS DEADLY DISEASE).
After lots of struggles ( at the cost of all possessions I had ) I could arrange for surgery & FIRST 3 phases of Chemotherapy and 2nd phase of Radio therapy.
Now the 4th phase of Chemotherapy & 3rd phase of Radiotherapy is going to start
(i.e. PHASE IIIA-T1>3).
Please find below the details of my previous treatments.......
TREATMENT DETAILS till date ----
1. I was detected with LUNG CANCER on 12-09-2008
2. The major surgery on Lungs was operated on 1-10-2008 costing $1100.00
3. 1A --- Chemotherapy ( 3 week course).... I was admitted in hospital ---
from 14.11.2008 to 15.11.2008
from 22.11.2008 to 23.11.2008
from 30.11.2008 to 01.12.2008
( The pharmacy Bill of the injections purchased was $465.45)
4. 1B --- Chemotherapy ( 3 week course).... I was admitted in hospital ---
from 28.12.2008 to 29.12.2008
from 07.01.2009 to 08.01.2009
from 14.01.2009 to 15.01.2009
( The pharmacy Bill of the injections purchased was $708.00)
5. IIA ---Chemotherapy ( 3 week course).... I was admitted in hospital ---
from 11.02.2009 to 12.02.2009
from 20.02.2009 to 21.02.2009
from 29.02.2009 to 01.03.2009
( The pharmacy Bill of the injections purchased was $465.45)
6. I paid one month charge for Radiotherapy i.e. for March, 2009.
( the Bill of the hospital was $200.00 )
7. I had minor surgery with biopsy done on 16.03.2009
( the bill of the hospital was $600.00 ).
These expenses do not include small expenses like blood tests,saline water & others.
You can say why these expenses are so high?
Because it includes injections of high costs.
Few examples are here ----
1.Inj. Cisplatin 50mg --- $ 6.95/vial (requires almost 36 vials for a single phase)
2.Inj. Paclitaxel 260mg --- $138.25/vial (requires almost 9 vials for a single phase)
3. Inj. Gemcitabine 1g --- $ 215.15/vial (requires almost 6 vials for a single phase)
Now you can understand why the expense is so high. There are lot many other medicines also.
I have made so high expenses at the cost of all my possessions I had. Now I am penny less. Hunger, that no one can tollerate for long time but I am not even eating properly to save money for my treatment.
The hospital also not allowing me as I am a POOR PATIENT & I DO NOT HAVE MONEY. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I'LL DO ---- I DO NOT WANT TO DIE --- PLEASE HELP
To complete the treatment only few phases are left .the details are as below.
The next expenses are (approximately) ----
1. IIB --- starting on 31.03.2008. --- $ 708.00 for injections + $200 for Radiotherapy = $908.00 (approximately)
2. IIIA --- $ 637.00 for injections + $200 for Radiotherapy = $837.00 (approximately)
3. IIIB --- $456.45 for injections + $200 for Radiotherapy = $656.45 (approximately)
4. IIIC --- $ 513.45 for injections = $513.45 (approximately)
5. IV --- $456.45 for injections = $ 456.45 (approximately)
So total expense will be --- $ 3371.35 (approximately) and I am getting mad to arrange the amount.
My health was improving day by day and so my hope to get back to life was increasing day by day.But now it has come to a Hult due to lack of money.
I just need some HELP TO GET BACK TO LIFE. PLEASE HELP.
PLEASE HELP ...THIS IS THE FINAL WAY I AM TRYING TO SAVE MY LIFE.
